- Dust and wipe accessible furniture, tables, shelves, counters, and exposed surfaces.
- Light dusting of blinds with a duster.
- Vacuum rugs, carpets, and hard floors; mop hard floors with appropriate products.
- Empty trash cans throughout the property and replace liners.
- Light tidying, including sofa pillows, blankets, and basic decorative item alignment.
- Make beds when linens are available and placed separately.
Kitchen
- Clean, sanitize, and disinfect countertops, sinks, and faucets.
- Wipe and polish the exterior of stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and range hood.
- Clean microwave exterior and interior light splatters.
- Wipe light fingerprints, dust, or surface splatters from cabinet doors.
Bathrooms
- Clean, disinfect, and sanitize toilet bowl, exterior, and base.
- Scrub, rinse, and disinfect showers, tubs, glass doors, tiles, and fixtures.
- Clean vanity, sink, countertop, mirrors, faucets, and chrome finishes.
Not Included in Standard Cleaning
Detailed fans, baseboards, doors, frames, full interior windows, detailed blinds, heavy appliance interiors, and cabinet interiors are reserved for deep cleaning, move cleaning, or add-on services.
